i dont think it helps him, but i dont know what else he could do. i mean how do disprove something like this anyway....i think he is going to get the shaft....republicans will whimp out
Now who keeps a calendar for that damn long? He may not be a sexual predator but he is for damn sure a hoarder. Cat may have problems after all
I do think it helps. He kept records, even of the little shit that most of us don't. While it's clear it doesn't disprove anything, it's far stronger than someone who can't remember where it happened, who was there, how many were involved, and accused her own therapist of getting the facts wrong. All five witnesses Dr. Ford places at scene have weighed in, now all but Ford say the incident didn’t happen. The four she names besides herself contradict her. Last witness, Leland Keyser, says she doesn’t know Kavanaugh or remember being at the party with him. Worth noting that Keyser is a former golf coach at Georgetown University and was formerly married to Bob Beckel, a political pundit and former Democratic operative. For me, the thing that is still the most problematic is that Kavanaugh sat on the bench for a decade, rendering decisions and opinions, far more than he would at the SC level, but apparently that wasn't enough for Ford to be surreptitiously brave. This is all about the left's concern for protecting abortion rights. And that is such stupid thinking. Roe is not going to be overturned.
OCD types and people who want to be lawyers and judges. Thinks like calendars and even journals or notes are highly considered in court cases because they are actual records from THAT time, not reliant on human memory which can be faulty.
The kind that end up being a SCOTUS. The whole thing is a crock. It's been known for years that Kavanaugh may end up on the SC. She's probably been mulling this over for years. She may have even convinced herself that it's true. Anyhow, Amy Coney Barrett awaits. She's a NOLA girl too.
One that is an evil genius and planned a long time ago to manufacture an alibi? I mean that’s pretty tin foil hat shit, but do you ever really know any one?
Both of mine do. There really isn't an option when you have a lot of activities/responsibilities and limited time to take care of it all. My daughter calendars her homework every day so she can visually see how much work for each class and the amount of time to complete it. Makes her very efficient. My son, who is a tad bit ADD has to calendar things but his are much more broad in scope....homework every day is a given but he'll put down quizzes, tests, practice, running goals and times, Scout meetings, etc. No you don't but this entire story is a farce. I have strong doubt about whether or not this event even occurred or if Kavanaugh was involved. However, it is absurd to have brought out such a "mild" incident this many years later, with absolutely no proof, and then demand the terms of her testimony. The best thing to come of this would be a more strict statute of limitations for reporting this type of crime (would help the victims really) and the ability to file civil lawsuits when reports are made public beyond a certain amount of time. It's a bell you can't un-ring and it's not fair or right to upend someone else's life at your own convenience.
