Why not? I carry a gun in my truck and it isn't necessary...sometimes 2. If I had my concealed carry I'd prolly walk around with one all the time.

I mean, sure the AR is a bit much but technically he's not doing anything wrong. I'm sure there was some statement that he was trying to make. AR's aren't exactly fun to carry around so I'd hope there was a reason behind it.

Anyone who does not read a newspaper is uninformed. Anyone who does read a newspaper is misinformed ~ Thomas Jefferson.

I think we can fairly extrapulate Jefferson's statement to include a good part of the TV news media.

That was the entire point, it was a group of people trying to bring attention to Americans right to bear arms. It wasn't a hoax it was a stunt to get media attention for their group and their cause. The black racist Nazi that MSNBC thinks wanted to kill Obama was part of that group.

chris matthews was making a big deal out of it, which i think was the wrong thing to do. All msnbc is doing by running these stories is giving them life. If they were so outraged, they should have just shut up, and not given them airtime. I used to watch msnbc, but i can't anymore, and also matthews had tom delay on his show talking about this, which was also a bonehead move, anyone who gives tom delay a platform to speak loses all credibility in my opinion.
