I'd think the Rose Bowl would want a Neb/OU vs Michigan Rose Bowl assuming USC plays tOSU. I don't know the selection priorities but I don't think this is possible. Anyways, watch out for Cal if they sneak into the Top 14 of the BCS. They would get selected before LSU or Notre Dame for the Rose Bowl.
what I hate about ESPN is their lack of credible journalism. They aren't even open to the POSIBILITY of LSU making the Rose. Hell they even asked Corso about Florida reaching the Rose and he responded with about 10 short no's with a few stutters with no valid explanation of his viewpoint. ESPN just pushes and force feeds heir agenda. just venting.....yet i still watch ESPN..
 Come on Lou..."On this day USC was the better team....." Give me a freaking break. ND sucks you stuttering fool.
did yall hear that idiot herbstreit say at the end of the game when they were talking about lsu and he said that a bcs game is not always about who deserves to be in it but about history...talking about knute rockne..he is a total a**
How are these people (ABC announcers) in such high positions getting paid huge sums of money not get anything about the BCS process? Notre Dame is OBVIOUSLY a 2nd rate team that was too highly ranked all year long. They are in the Georgia Tech/Cal/Nebraska/Boise State class of teams. That's it. That's as high as you can go with this sorry team. That being said, the Rose Bowl sure as hell doesn't want to see an overmatched Notre Dame team get their happy asses handed to them by Michigan...again. That's laughable. ABC should be ashamed of themselves for uttering such stupidity. First Mark May, then Kirk Herbstreit, now ABC's gang of stupids. Can you imagine how pissed Michigan would be to have to face a team they beat by 26 on the road? What do they have to gain from that? Other than an automatic win.
Sadly, Notre Dame lives to fight another day and will remain in the top 14 in the BCS. I was so pulling for a 63-3 score, after USC was up 21-3. They are going to the Sugar Bowl.
