So, how are our LSU players doing in the new league? Defense - good, offense - bad. Mettenberger didn't play last week. Apparently he's injured. Hackenburg (from Penn State) is supposed to start again at QB, and he was awful last week (his receivers definitely didn't help him either). Terrance McGee was flagged on the only play Memphis got into the endzone, negating the TD. And Josh Jasper missed the only FG attempt. Come on, guys, please play better. If the team is going to suck, have it be because the other school's players, not LSU's. On defense, LSU's players did well. Brad Wing can still punt. The game is at 8 pm eastern on NFL network. I'll be watching it on YouTude. Geaux Express!
The AAF has said multiple times that it is not “in competition” with the NFL. It is a minor league developmental game. It is only the second week, but it has made football fun again. Ignore it if you want. But what else is on? Baseball? Basketball? Boring!!!! There’s football on!
Mett mailed it with the titans. Or likely he's just terrible bc he was when in the NFL. Stoner dgaf attitude to boot.
After what the NFL did to the Saints, they can suck it. That's just my opinion, though. Thanks anyway for the info on the game my friend.
This shit is awful. Hackenberg should just shorten his name to Hack No one in the stands and I certainly understand why.
After 2 games, it’s clear Hackenberg isn’t the answer at QB. Hopefully Mettenberger recovers from whatever his injury is and takes over as starter. Can’t be any worse than what’s already on the field.
