Prince Charles: “I am firmly of the view that the next 18 months will decide our ability to keep climate change to survivable levels and to restore nature to the equilibrium we need for our survival.”

This is yet another climate change tipping point.

2015: Prince Charles gives world reprieve: Extends ‘100-Month’ climate ‘tipping point’ to 35 more years – Prince Charles had previously issued a 100-month climate tipping point deadline in 2009.

I went to a 45s game when I was in elementary school. I don't remember much about the game but in the top of the 9th Houston had a 1 run lead against the Cubs. Cubs had the bases loaded with 1 out. The Cubs batter hit a deep drive to left field and a 19 year old left fielder named Brock Davis made a leaping catch to rob him of a home run. Ernie Banks was on 3rd. He tagged up and Davis threw a perfect stike to the plate. Banks out, game over. Banks was probably older and slower by then.

Very nice. I went to a few 45s games with my Uncle who lived in Houston. I don't remember anything about the game or who won. IconLOL.gif

The list of inaccurate predictions about a coming ice age to impending global warming is too long to put into this forum.

fruit,.. tomatoes are incorrectly referred to as “vegetables” in most grocery stores and cookbooks...

… the tomato is the official “vegetable” of New Jersey and the official "fruit" of Arkansas.

Why are we talking about fruits and vegetables in a baseball thread? Just messing with ya duck. Just curious how baseball chat got into the global warming thread.
