I'm guessing that many of the folks who need the emotional support animals are liberal. Maybe that's a logical fallacy, but it's just a guess. That article was ridiculous, finding yet another way that Americans "who have so many more pets than others around the globe" are the root of all evil. Essentially, it was upset that we feed our pets...and we, ourselves, eat meat. For what it's worth, I plan to own a dog for the rest of my life.
