One salient point made at the end is that the probes may be impacting the readings and given higher temperatures than are actual.

I did. Family was here did the BBQ watermelon etc.

I've been had BBQ watermelon but it doesn't sound very appetizing.

 

Wife was in Wisconsin with her mother and kids were out of town. Picked up popeyes chicken watched a bunch of interesting documentaries on skiing, surfing and WWII. Watched an LSU rerun and some good movies. Didnt have to talk, shave, shower or do anything, it was pure bliss.

 

BBQ giraffe is better especially tge big uns.
