1. Exactly. Unlike China, we have the "Right" to assemble and protest. Having "Right" doesn't make it right to choose such displays of hatred, regardless of who the President is.
  2. .

were you offended by the anti-bush display or do you support it?
  3. Those signs are no less offensive than had one held up an Obama picture with the caption "N*****" on it. Try that and see how far the 1st amendment gets you.
  4. They're just making Bush the escape goat.

They don't think he's the standard barrier of presidents
  5. It is a shame that some people are not bright enough to separate bad politics and bad person. I think President Bush will likely go down as one of the worst Presidents, but while I never cared for many of his policies that never influenced my opinion of him as a person.

I guess it goes both ways. Pea brains like those in the photos express hatred one way, and morons like Rush take out their hatred on Chelsea Clinton.

  6. In my adult life I've lived through the administrations of Nixon, Ford, Carter and Clinton. With that frame of reference, I cannot make that statement.
  7. For all intensive purposes, this is the best post of the thread.
  8. that's a mute point
  9. I like the idea of legal protest, and I 100% support it... it doesn't matter what the target of the protest is. If I were the US President, and all those protests were directed at me, it wouldn't offend me. If you were President, and those protests were directed at you, would it offend you?
  10. how rediculous and seperate to the relevence of the thread.

this just means you secretly agree with them but are too much of a pussy to do it yourself.:lol:
