As good as Bama's D is, I really don't see much of a fight. Borges is goin to through a lot of stuff at the Tide, and AU's defense is absolutely going to shut down Alabama's offense- much like LSU did. Not a fair fight, IMO....

    27-7 Auburn.

I see a tight contest with Auburn pulling out a close win in the 4th quarter. Auburn players will be tight given all that is at stake. Turnovers could be fatal.

    It won't be tight...

Guys, do any of you think that Auburn hasn't improved light years in every category since we played them? Most importantly, they gained immeasurably from the confidence building of coming back to win a tight, competitive game against the undefeated defending national champions at home early on.

We have run in place since. They took off sprinting.

Did you all see what they did to Georgia? I think we played possibly as poorly as we have during the Saban Era between the hedges, and we got beat...but Auburn dismantled them and did so in a convincing fashion.

Auburn will obliterate this ballclub we played last night. The difference is clear.

The biggest difference is the confidence in which Campbell plays. He is like a well prescribed medical treatment: "safe, effective and with very little adverse reaction".

Their defense looks as confident as we were at the end of the season.

Some of you guys are wrong.......

I will say that if this wasn't a rivalry Auburn wins pretty easy but I'll bet anyone around
here that Bama gives Auburn the game of the year!
They will be ready but if Auburn does win out I'll root for them in Atlanta and beyond until next year.

AU is playing the best football in the nation at this point in the season. They will lay waste to Bama.

I expect Alabama to run, run, and run down Auburn's throat....and succeed. Auburn's LB's are quite good but then again....very small and Alabama's OL has shocked me with their success this year in protecting their QB in a majority of situations.

If Bama can get any QB game....which is doubtful....I think they can pull it off.

No doubt, Bama has a very good OLine. Note, however, that Auburn has allowed exactly 1 rushing TD so far this season. I think our run D is up to the task of stopping the one dimensional offense of Bama.
