Covid isnt like those you mention and the vax for covid is far less effective than the vax for the ones you mention as well. So we have a less dangerous virus and a less effective vax for said virus and we want to enact the 1st federal mandate for a vax based on this?
YOU are the liar. 19 states have enacted 33 new laws making it harder to vote; 17 of those are controlled by Republicans.
So we have 700K+ deaths in US and about 5MM worldwide. How many deaths do you need to consider it more dangerous? And, if it just about the Feds, or are you OK with state and other local bodies like schools having mandates?
Well for one, those numbers aren't right. Highly inflated. The list of requirements early on do be classified as a covid death was borderline having flesh.... 2nd, its always bee a states right. I live in Texas and can homeschool. I can technically not even vaccinate my kids if I so choose. The Fed does not have this power nor should it.
You're just spouting b.s. The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are each over 94%; the MMR vaccine is only 88%. Stop with the lies.
if a person could vote without ID, then making it "harder" is fine. these states simply require ID. its not opressive. dont be a racist that pretends minorities are too dumb to have ID. registering to vote and voting is easy. i have voted in multiple states and in multiple ways, early voted, voted while overseas, its easy. and they havent changed that. get ID, register, vote, its that easy, everywhere.
Voter ID (to which I'm not opposed) is the least egregious among the changes. Shorter voting hours for minorities, fewer voting places in minority neighborhoods, are among the Republican tricks.
