the reasons you are deranged is complicated. its a few things. like i said before, the left has won many battles, and the ones they lost they are very stupid about. they won alot of social gains, and thats fine. gays can get married now. jim crow laws are long gone. everyone has equal opportunity now. and thats fine. the left won the culture wars, but they still have their terrible economic ideas, and they are so catastrophically stupid they generally lose in the marketplace of ideas. most people know that collectivism and big govt does not work. so the left doesnt wanna argue that as much. only the clowns like AOC and bernie want to argue that. so they concentrate on the politics of personal insults, playing a game of halo-polishing and virtue signaling, telling everyone they are not woke enough. they want to insult people, not make better policy. and the best insult possible now is to call people racist and sexist etc. so thats what the left does. they perform all day. the use social media to accuse everyone of being a racist deplorable. thats the party platform at this point. most people are cowards about some accusations, but a few people, like dave chappelle and donald trump are not. so they are impervious to criticism of this type. when you call donald trump a racist, he never gets defensive. so he wins. every time. the whole point of accusing people of racism is to make them defend themself. and the act of defending one's self is in itself totally debasing. trump knows this. thats how he became president. he wont get defensive and people love that. the left wants to accuse you of being a bad person until you defend yourself, then the topic is not what you were discussing, whatever issue, but how you are a terrible person. a person denying being a deplorable seems like a deplorable. being defensive never wins. the left knows this, and trump does too. trump never apologizes. never bows down when accused. it angers the left that trump cannot be beaten by calling him a racist. and this drives them mad. but they try and try and try. always performing on facebook and twitter, trying to be the guy that hates the mean racist the most. the left cares about one issue now. and that issue is calling everyone bad people, so that they, by contrast, can imagine themselves to be heroes.
Nice post HOWEVER the left (DEMOCRATS) did not end Jim Crow. Southern DEMOCRATS were anti segregation and racists.most tried to stop integrations in the 50's and it was the Republicans who helped Lyndon Johnston pass the Great Society and voting rights act. Sure there were a few anti segregation Republicans but the vast vast majority of racists politicians in the South were DEMOCRATS.
well at any rate those policies are gone and the party that wants to paint everyone as racist has no actual institutional racism to point to, no real problem to fix. so they invent, for example, that cops are racist. they invent that everyone is a nazi and that this country was founded on white supremacism.
