There is a strong possibility that aTm gets moved to the SEC and from what I'm hearing (of course not through inside info) it can happen as early as next year. We'll see....
Please go to the Pac-10. Please.... As much fun as it would be to see A&M get their asses handed to them every week like they have for years recently against the SEC. Not interested is my vote.
The only reason for the SEC to expand is to get into markets where they don't already exist for $$$ reasons. None of the 3 you listed are in markets the SEC doesn't already have or dominate in. If we go East, think VA tech, Virginia, UNC, NC State.
GT was already in the SEC once I believe. Bringing them back is not that big a deal. I would prefer A&M and OU in the west. Hey we already play in the toughest division in the toughest conference. 2 more teams to beat isn't that big a deal. Bring in FSU for sure and either VT or WVU(I know their fans suck)
I say if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Leave well enough alone, Mike Slive, in case you're considering it. We don't need any Texas teams in the SEC.
I know we have our minds on Football, but A&M brings other sports to the table that are big in the SEC... Just saying.....
