TE, lighten up. Nobody's slandering anybody. If you're upset because CB66 inferred that you were racist or called you an embarassment to LSU or said that people who support vouchers are worthless, who cares? Why do you care what he thinks? He did the same thing to me, and I certainly don't care. I am secure in the knowledge that he does not know me, or a dang thing about me, and I'm sad he has to resort to shrill racial rhetoric and painting people with the broad "R" brush than actually having a real debate. But I'm not losing any sleep over it. People like him aren't worth worrying about anyway.

Besides, slander is spoken. In print, on a computer screen, it's libel. Just thought I'd be cute and make that distinction.

I would point to the simple fact that the daisy chains that included me inside those chains halted immediately...

I asked, and I even warned that I would ask him one more time, before I sought other means to silence his outright lies and misconstrued and misguided missives about me and my character. Amazingly, when the bullet hit the bone on that one, the bullsh!t stopped, which is all I wanted in the first place. It's a shame I have to act an ass to get him to simply act in a civil manner and to have him halt with the ridiculous accusations.

It's also amazing that after all of the pleas, honest and frank please at that, for him to at least answer direct questions and simply have a normal conversation, the only way I could find that stopped the unwanted behavior was a threat of that nature. I'm glad he stopped, hell, I'm glad he laughed about it. But mostly, I'm glad he finally ceased his mindless and warbling ramblings.

The PROMISE (never a threat) still stands, as I will not stand ANYONE misconstruing my words against me...

He has been, was, and remains forewarned. As does anyone else who ignores a direct question, then misconstrues facts about me to paint me as a Nazi Sympathizer, Duke apologist, or mentions me in any way with any of those ideals...

Libel is what anything on this board would be, since it is obviously printed and not spoken aloud.

Legally, it only has to be seen by the libeler, the libelee and a third party. So, if whoever TigerEducated is referring to did make false accusations and at least three have seen it, he could bring charges. Whether they would actually hold up in court is questionable.

Media law was actually useful!
