One more thing. The old lady didn't accidentally drop it..she PLACED it in a position where it should not be. Had she not done so. coffee has been determined to be harmless to the crotch region.
thats true i believe the lady placed it betwixt her knees and then started fumbling with the cap. she was inviting mr disaster to her party, then was suprised when he arrived.
Agreed she was partially at fault, but this case is about McDonald's total negligence - not just this one example.
Please provide scientific evidence showing how quickly sweat pants and a pair of granny panties reduces the temperature of coffee.
I'm not objective on this one. I'd find the Levi Strauss Company guilty of producing ruinable pants. I haven't used Levi's products since the early 1990's. The San Francisco-based company stopped supporting the Boy Scouts because they wouldn't allow homosexual leaders in the program. The management is heterophobic. I'll never give them a dime of my money.
The temperature does affect the burns, but the time frame offsets the lower temperature. You are the one who has to refute the fact that the coffee was there for 90 seconds. It is very reasonable to assume, based on the information I have provided, that coffee served at the industry standard temperature will also produce such results.
I did not know that, although I don't by them, but I'm glad I know now. That brand was the first that came to mind.
