    thats true. i was making a point about the inevitability of the growth of government. people are always thinking up ways to make the government bigger, but almost never making it smaller. this is because of the way the system works. politicians need to convinces us that they have the solutions. they need to convince us that only they can save us. so, slowly but surely, the government grows, under every president.

    yes i know this is off topic. oh well.

    As for the government not telling people what to do, I agree theoretically. But it is a tough situation.

    IMO, there is absolutely no question that marijuana should be legalized. It is no worse than cigarettes or tobacco. But Heroin? Crack? That's a tougher sell...

    also, again it simply isnt your right to tell me i shouldnt try crack or heroin. i bet they are pretty fun.

    how? I really hope someone close to you doesn't end up a drug addict, or is and you don't know about it.
