That was the worst decision to make by a usually heady player. You dont need that shot! Get something going to the basket or work it to Davis. Mitchell getting fouled out was really key, but LSU should have won this game. A fricken NBA three when your down by 1...o:
Good game by the Tiger basketball team. Texas ability to get layups and we couldn't was the difference I think. Man, just think we gave them to many layups. Hopefully the Tigers will learn from this game and become better. I've never seen a guy with the motor of Glen Davis, truly amazing determination and will to win. I hate the way that last play turned out, killed us but without Temple's performance tonite we would've lost by 10 points or more!
I dont know if anyone else noticed this but when AJ Abrams was going off in OT making those three's Tack Minor and Dameon Mason were arguing over which player needed to come out and guard him in the zone. Faaaaaaaaaantastic.
I don't know much about basketball but even I know that was an absolutely stupid shot, and that he should have tried to get it to someone inside - preferably Big Baby.
Augustin and that other guy, forgot his name killed us. Texas has a lot of talent. Look out when Durant comes around. He is a big time baller.
Yes, a well-played game by the tigers all the way down to the last perplexing shot. What in the hell was Temple thinking? Did Brady call that? I hope someone from the Advocate asks the tough question. To be fair, Temple is a valuable asset to our team. But he is not a good perimeter shooter, he should not have taken that shot. Anywho, we won when it counted. Here's to hoping A&M beats the snot out of em.
To be fair to GT, he shot .500 from 3 tonight and hit the game tying 3 to send it into overtime. It was indeed a bad shot though.
