Something that pissed me off the other night and will no doubt get me tomorrow; answer the god damned question. In the forum the other night the Figuroa woman was asked "what is the most difficult leadership decision you have had to make and what were the results"? She went on and on about difficult decisions in general that leaders have to make but that wasn't the question. I will be watching close to see who answers the question that was asked.
