6 players out for McNeese State game

11 games sir. I’ve seen the guys listed above get torched and roasted to a 5-6 record.

And yes, even 1 game. They got their asses whipped! By a pac 12 team who went 3-4 last year.

 

Correct me if I'm reading your posts incorrectly, but are you basing our record in the last 11 games on the play of the OL?

 

You’re incorrect. I mentioned several defensive players in my post. The entire notion is that Ed appears to be loyal to his seniors and it’s the guys behind these seniors who were much more highly recruited, that I’d like to see on the field.

Besides, It’s not like we’re winning with these seniors (most of which were 3* players and juco transfers). So let’s see the underclassmen and see if they’re an improvement. After all, they’re the future of the program.

 

I think the backup guys will get plenty of game time in the next two games. But given the so called playing level of the next two opponents I think will be a factor to consider.

No reason to overreact if we roll them. But if we struggle, the problem is worse than it appears.

 

Look for them to get all the pressure they need rushing 1 guy based on last game.

 

I still don't see a point spread for the game. Vegas oddsmakers must be as nervous as our fan base.

 

I think there's a huge talent gap between the UCLA D & McNeese's.

 

Hope so, but maybe there is a worse problem?
