Sorry you can't use that for an excuse for losing. I respect your talent win or lose . Check my post on another tread.
Good synopsis of tigerdroppings. The children there have been at it non-stop since 2007. Funniest thing I ever saw over there were 2 kiddos fighting about which was more mature between a 16 & 17 year old.
Make no mistake about it. Penn State was definitely the better team out there today, simple as that, and I congratulate Penn State fans on your team's victory. What you're seeing is the culmination of a tremendous amount of frustration that came to a head today. Anytime you're fielding an offense with multiple future NFL draft picks that statistically ends up at the BOTTOM of overall offense (#110 of 119 teams), there is something terribly wrong with your team. At this point in time, LSU is a mid-tier SEC school with a HC that earns close to $4M a year. Something has to give.
Touchy . I read your entire post................ simply put if you had more talent across the board you would have won. Sorry for your frustration but it is misplaced. I came over pre-game and had good discussions. I came over post-game not to gloat but to thank the posters for allowing PSU fans to hangout and have fun. To wish your team and fans the best for the next season.
Give it a couple days and cooler heads will prevail. I'm mostly frustrated at the missed opportunities, and the atrocious field condition.
this. we are generally very welcoming of opposing fans that want good discussion. between strung out emotions, bandwagon fans, and maybe a bit of post game "refreshments", this probably isnt a safe time for even the best intentioned psu fans. stick around lioness, and when things cool down hopefully you wont get your head taken off.
Congrats to you guys first of all. However I do believe that talent wise across the board we have penn st. beat hands down. (you might not agree but then well that is your opinion) The problem is we have not utilized our talent all year correctly. Best example look at Russell Sheppard who if used and groomed correctly could with out a doubt be a Heisman winner, HE DIDN'T EVEN SEE THE FIELD!!!! I think we are frustrated with the playground coaching we are dealing with. I dont think any one here is meaning to be insulting. Good luck next year to you guys as well
I agree with you and thank you. Let me say that I believe your coaches are more talented than ours though! Good Luck!
Good post. What is really scary is when does $hitty coaching like this starts to hurt recruiting? I have been saying it for a while now I think we are only winning as much as we are on talent alone. If Les can get ride of the cancer in our offense (GC and Stud) we are going to have problems next year too. I am also not pleased with Chavis to many 3rd and longs that we gave up to keep there drives moving. Simply infuriating.
