I would think LSU going 13-1 and finishing #2 is better than Notre Dame going 8-5 and not finishing in Top 25
that's sound logic and him leaving MAY not have anything to do with the 9th but that loss was probably the worst case scenario as far as the perception of an elite QB prospect. Plain and simple.
Hope not. It will sting if he is lighting it up in South Bend in a couple years.....but not if Mett is a hit and at least one of the back ups pans out
I wonder how the Notre Dame players/fans feel about them being his 3rd choice. Probably don't care since they just got the #1 QB. In college football, winning an NC isn't everything to some QBs...stardom and good NFL stock are more important to them.
