I agree with TNtiger about Randall and pray this will not be a 31-0 payback by you guys. No offense Sourdough but it likely wouldn't have mattered who was at qb last year. I was at last years' game and it looked like both defenses played well until halftime. I do think Shaud goes over 50 yds. but was impressed with how y'all shut down Auburns run game. does anyone know the line on this nightgame?

I was at that game as well, and no offense, but you sound like you are related to the guy who thought Mauck started. :) Are you sure you are remembering the correct game? What really crippled us was the drive that Bama had right before the half where they spread the field and then did a little delayed draw like 8 million times in a row right down the field for a TD. LSU's defense did not (or would not) adjust to it until after half time.

And I also seemed to remember that it was 14-0 at the end of the half and at the end of the 3rd quarter. So LSU was in the game. LSU had the ball on the Bummer 20 yard line mid-way through the 3rd quarter. We had momentum after Bradie James ran the fake punt. Then Marcus Randall fumbled and our Defense just cashed it in. I was at that game. With Mauck in there, we win that game. Period. Randall stunk in that game (9-23 for 65 yards in a game that we lost 31-0 is really really bad) (and our defensive adjustments were terrible).

last years game was a miserable one. it was very cold. the only thing keeping it some what warm was all the body heat....buuuttt that quickly went away when the crowd started leaving.

i had convinced a very nice looking young lady to be my date for the game....well...when LSU loses like that...it just ruins my mood and ruined the date. Alabama cost me my shot at that hottie! ;)

    heh heh

Alabama didn't cost you your shot. You did. Babes don't care as much about LSU football as we do. In a situation like that you can still make the best of it and salvage something out of the evening. Hey, LSU lost but you were still with a hot babe. I was with some drunken male buddies. I would have gladly traded places with you that night.

I can't wait for this game. This is the 2nd top 3 team to come into Tuscaloosa this year. We don't want to let this one slip out of our hands like the last one did.
