It just so happens that every summer when we go, there is a VERY big highschool softball tourney with teams from across the country. i always try to rep as much as i can. LSU tents, LSU flags. and we tie a big banner on our balcony. One morning i woke up and there were 11 other teams drawn next to mine in the sand.
Well I have searched and searched for my claim to fame but was unable to find the article anymore on the orlando sentinnal website, so I will tell the story. A couple of years back when I was the general manager of a pool room in Orlando the owner was mirdered in the morning. Her son an dmyself were the ones that found her, blah, blah, blah. Anyway to keep this on a high note that was the sad part. When we reopened the sentinnel wrote an article about us and the "reopening" on the pool room. In the article they talked about the customers and staff. THe part about me was pretty funny. (Not exact quote cuz it was years ago) But vasically said and if you want to come into the bar and talk football find (my name) and she will let you know whats up! But beware she may live in Florida but she is a raving LSU fan! It continued by saying that numerous of my customers loved my knowledge of football even if I was a lunatic LSU fan!!!:hihi: It also had a picture of me with my LSU shirt on! Good stuff! (the LSU stuff of course not the bad stuff!)
