  3. I agree with this idea wholeheartedly. It's why culture is so important in a program, and why Ed Orgeron ultimately failed. Character is contagious, and if high character guys are holding everyone else accountable, it's self fulfilling.

The #Rams requested to interview #LSU passing game coordinator Cortez Hankton for their vacant OC job, sources say. Sean McVay searching far and wide. Hankton now has the same job Joe Brady did at LSU, and before that, he led UGA to first in the SEC in yards per pass attempt.

  6. Well we know Kelly picks quality people.
  7. Looks like McVey is offering the Kentucky OC the job.

  8. But I also so the job that Cortez has with us has also opened up on the Rams? That is bad news
  9. That was pretty well decided last week. Coen told the team last Thursday he was gone if the job was offered. He was expecting the offer. He was with the Rams the season before last.

Coen impressed me last season with his play calling and schemes. Against UGA he had 35 different looks on 69 snaps according to SEC StatCat: 18 different run concepts in a half with no repeats in their bowl game.
