and that’s the concern if you have concern about the oc I’m not sure that it’s x&o’s as much as a mindset
It is a concern no doubt. I just don’t think that it’s insurmountable or that E is the worst failure of all time because of it. He’s done a good job. Not great like we need him to be, but good. He needs to improve, but he’s not grossly holding our team back from success.
I agree I am harsh at times trying to tone it down a bit but my frustrations and impatients gets the best of me sometimes. As far as E my issue is not that he may in the end not be our answer as OC but that the hand he had to play in 2018 which I have posted about often here. Not fair at all to judge him or any coach this year. Next year E will be judged by me.
Its really not about E its about last years football team. To me Bill Walsh would have struggled trying to do better on offense with that team. Do you like the kinder gentler Meaux?
It is pathetic that we converted red zone TDs zero times against that D. Winning is good, Miles did it, but he sucked at offense. Then he got his ass fired. Despite campaigning to the contrary, O has struggled to fix the offense; putting a used band-aid on a gaping wound is not the answer. If you only want to look at the W/L column, fine, but it makes me wonder what you’ve learned this past decade, Charlie Brown. You really think that chick isn’t going to pull the football at the last minute?
