Well, his hiring philosophy seems a sound one, and Miles was clearly right to have hired Aranda. Probably his best hire ever. However, his hires on the offensive side of the ball are where his problems lied.
Ensminger probably rejected Miles offer because he knew he would just be a figurehead running the plays that Miles told him to run. Oeuax trusts him so maybe he will have autonomy over the playbook.
