I like you dachie. If I didn't I wouldn't tease you about your lingering Miles crush and Oeaux hate. I say lots of worse things about @Bayou Tiger and we're still friends.

I've seen a lot say we need to forget what happened at Ole Miss due to his time at USC, as interim at LSU, etc. I thought that was fair and still do. I'm seeing a few things that remind me of his time at Ole Miss the more I see the moves he has made / is making.

If you recall, when he was hired at Ole Miss it was his intent to bring in Lane Kiffin as his OC. We saw that here.
When he was hired at Ole Miss he ended up firing Dan Werner because they didn't see eye to eye. Now, this is the same Werner who was coordinating the offensive schemes at Ole Miss under Freeze. He ended up hiring Noel Mazzone (who you probably recognize from his stints at Ole Miss and more recently Auburn.)

We see Canada bring in a different scheme, friction that's led to Canada being "sent on his way," and the subsequent hiring of Ensminger. A name I know you'll recognize but the point is...a guy that spent time at Auburn as well who has the same philosophy as Mazzone.

It strikes me as an odd series of coincidences (if that's the right word.) It "reads" like the same script. The major difference being the talent in BR versus that in Oxford.

Well, there are a few here who see these things and others who don't or won't. Ultimately, the end result will likely be the same as at Ole Miss.

you got Mazzone and Werner backwards, but other than that, you’re correct.

O has even said publicly that his biggest mistake at Ole Miss (that he allegedly learned from) was trying to force Mazzone to run an offense he wasn’t familiar with and then firing him after only one year.

Of course you think it’s fair. If I was an Alabama fan i’d be licking my chops and support Orgeron at LSU for eternity.
