Demarcus Cousins with 44 points, 24 rebounds, 10 assists in the Pels' 2OT win over the Bulls last night. Just the 10th 40/20/10 night in NBA history. Kareem did it last in '72. Elgin and the Big O also did it, and of course, Wilt did it 6 times.
Cousins and Anthony Davis are tearing it up night after night. Too bad they don't have much help. Cousins will be a free agent after this season and I have heard talk about the Pelicans looking to trade Davis. FIRE DEL DEMPS NOW!
Demps, Gentry and Rajon Rondo. He was a good get to open the year when Holiday was out, but he's back and they don't mesh. As a team, the Pels' effort is too inconsistent from game to game, and that's on the coach. I think the fan base would burn down the SKC if they traded AD.
Paul made it clear long before that he wanted out. Davis has never indicated he wants to leave. Plus, a fanbase might forgive shipping one franchise player out, but what will it think if they do it again?
The only "talk" of trading AD is from media looking for rating (per se) or other teams/fans who want him. NO will keep him as long as he will stay.
Boogie out for season after they beat the rockets. He went for his own rebound after a miss with like a second left. Untouched but came down wrong.
