    That's the extreme downside of modern day recruiting. All this media hype to a bunch of kids who largely never had that type of attention before… Hear some of these kids' comments in their on-air commitment sessions??? "I'll be playing the next 3 years…" LOL! They all believe they're the next big sh*t and that everyone should be praising…

    Come in. Hungry. Ready. Humble. …in other words, come in like Jacob Hester…leave like Jacob Hester: A Champion and NFL player
