I hope so but after Bama he disappeared. Diarse got promoted and I can only remember like 5 plays he was even in the game.

I hear ya but it was a moot point this year, with no qb to throw the ball.
Heck, for all we know, given the situatio, Quinn may have asked to sit.:D

The one time Jennings was able to deliver strikes though his receivers failed him. 4 drops (2 by Quinn) and poor footwork by Dupree cost LSU that game.

When your terrible qb has a good game you gotta help him out.

I would say that Les has done a hell of a job with no QB during his tenure @ LSU. The only real QB's he has had were Matt Flynn who was already here. Jarrett Lee, Lee was the real QB but had a few good games, his best was his senior year, he was benched once JJ came back if my memory serves me correctly. Then there was Zack Mettenburger..........That is it. His record is off the charts for not having a QB most of his tenure. So he has 3 QB's in Ten Years? Have I missed anyone?

Jamarcus Russell, who was the first-team All-SEC quarterback and a honorable mention All-American in 2006. He wasn't bright enough for the NFL, but he had an arm and it was used at LSU.
