Looks like a Russell Sheppard reincarnated to me, and almost identical size. Lets hope he has a more productive career.
I'm confused, can anyone explain why he wasn't listed among our signing class on recruiting websites? He seems high profile enough that he should have been.
I'm sure the staff has some idea, once he gets to practice, they will look at him on both sides of the ball
Not sure what you are seeing. Rivals, ESPN, Scout and 247 have him listed. I probably don't understand what you're getting at.
Yes I'm sorry I should have explained it better. I meant, why was this kid not talked about at ALL with the lead up to NSD? He's a 4 star recruit that at least to me, just popped up out of nowhere. Like we all forgot he existed because he was a quiet kid who made his commitment early and stuck with it (not complaining, much respect for that). I just didn't hear anything about him. I know he's added to the lists now but I swear when I was looking at these sites on NSD I didn't see him and no one reported his LOI. Did I just completely miss this kid and he actually was discussed? I feel like I'm Russell Crowe from A Beautiful Mind.
Good kid. Kept his promise to LSU even though he committed real early in the process. Says a lot about his character. Look for him to be the type of player that let's his play on the field do the talking for him. He will represent LSU very well. He committed to us a year and a half ago.
