1. Re: Jermauria Rasco

Great. Right now its LSU and Texas. Someone else might enter the picture later but that is where the race is.

He has a former Tiger in his ear to attend LSU...so we have that in our favor. LSU has had better success at sending d-line recently to the NFL too. Although, I wouldn't be surprised at them trying to sell hes the next Orakpo considering hes somewhat similar to him. LSU can sell we don't have a true pass rushing DE like him on the team outside Montgomery.
  2. According to TSD, Rasco will also be in attendance for the scrimmage today.
  3. Just what was said by his mom during the trip. Very good visit and she is a great lady. Wanted to get to know the coaches especially Haley and Miles one-on-one. They wouldn't of had that kind of opportunity at Junior Day so they came in this weekend.

Rasco is going to be an early graduate but he will take his time in deciding for now.

Word out of Texas is that Cedric Reed is about to commit and that would be the end of DEs for them but I am sure they would still take him if he wanted to commit but that is a huge plus for LSU. LSU seems to be in the driver's seat. UT, Bama, and USC are the others but mainly a LSU/UT battle as of now.
  4. Haven't seen it but his Scout article was a good one especially since he was at Bama's Spring game last weekend. Said it was nice but did nothing to change his commitment and that he can't wait to win some national championships at LSU.

We have nothing to worry about. He is going to take his visits like previously planned.
  5. Rasco, not Freak, helm. I read the Johnson article. thnx tho
  6. Woops, I was just reading some stuff on Freak.

I will see if there is anything of interest.
  7. DE Cedric Reed committed to Texas which only helps LSU with Rasco.
