IN all honest, if LSU could have just gotten a few first downs, WVU would have never scored...

JJ has been better than usual, but the rest of the O now has taken the nap. Receivers not catching, O line holding, false starts. Are we playing on the road with crowd noise?

JJ is playing VERY well tonight. the only bad pass that was his fault was the one that TT got lit up on. All others were either hindered by pressure or drops. The whole "blame JJ" thing is getting really old. He's been accurate and mobile tonight; the drops have been the main problem. The line isn't helping either with the penalties.

Every time our Defense or Special Teams makes a good play, I actually get a little sad.

It shows a glimmer of how awesome we'd be if our offense wasn't so bad.

I'm not putting all the blame on Jefferson, sure a few passes hit the receivers in the hands, but a lot of balls were thrown high. No passes have hit the WR's in stride. Heck Deangelo almost got killed catching a too high thrown pass. If Jefferson keeps playing like this, he's going to get one of our WR's seriously hurt. Not only that but he's losing composure out there too.

I'm not saying Lee is going to answer all our problems, but it's obvious Jefferson is drowning out there. At some point Miles has to see that it's going to actually hurt Jefferson worse to keep him out there getting burned.

Trust me I am sick of our O, but you simply cannot look at yardage to make a conclusion, that last series was totally on the WRs.

AGREED...he looked like poo against Vandy, but has played pretty damn good tonight.

It is a bit frustrating though that even with him playing a good game, we're still not clicking...

The lack of yardage is not what is frustrating. It's the not being able to move the ball at all so often. It's the quarterback holding onto the ball way too long. It's the dropped balls when it hits receivers in their hands. It's the penalties when our quarterback makes good throws.

For whatever reason this offense is seriously broken and who knows what the fix is. Our defense and special teams are great but they can only carry us so far. Les and our offense staff are going to have to figure something out.

I respectfully disagree. The only offensive TD was when we recovered a fumble inside their ten yard line and we still had to go for it on fourth down to get the TD. Other than that, the FG came after we got the ball in good field position and couldn't move it much. The other TD was when PP ran back the punt. I'm not concerned with padding stats, but having two first downs in the first half when the offense has had the ball five or six times...that's not good. And that's a stat that means a lot...unless you have long TD passes/runs. And we don't.

JJ is playing better, period! Our O line needs to step up, that first series was horrible, **** the score could be well out of hand if our O is clicking.
