    :geaux: Bhelm, just noticed on the Scout site that Justin is listed as a "soft verbal." May have been on there a while, but I haven't been to that site in weeks. Anyway, what is your latest take on Hunter? From what you're hearing is he considered a "soft verbal" by LSU? I know you posted that Yano was with him a few days ago. Sure hope we can keep this kid. :LSU231:

    The only reason he went to a soft verbal is because he took a visit to UT a month ago. Any committed prospect who does so is supposed to be listed as a soft verbal.

    Recently he came out a said the visit to UT was more about putting his family at ease because he only visited LSU before then. He said LSU is where he is going. The LSU track program is also a big draw for him.

    Wilson was also recruiting him at UT.

    He is firm but don't be surprised if he uses some of his officials.

    More about making sure he has looked at all his options since he did not do so before committing.

    IMO, I don't see him decommitting from LSU.

    Is Hunter still going to his visit with Florida being as we took their receivers coach? I need some good news when it comes to receivers right now.

    Yes, he is still scheduled to visit. But is pumped that LSU got Gonzales and still says LSU has nothing to worry about.

    His family wants him to visit a few places because he didn't do so before committing to LSU.
