jesus christ we suck on offense and we suck less on defense b/c vandy sucks on offense--- its one big suck job--- sure we'll win, but in an even more pathetic way than NC. what are we doing--- wunning the same play multiple times- even back to back--- i mean do we only run 10 plays a game? our running back sucks. we have a saying in aviation-- dont keep doing the same thing and expect a different result. if something isnt working, CHANGE it i say put jarret in and start throwing. why wont he play ford? saving his redshirt- or will someone decide to blow it in the third to last game of the season when we're up by 40 points against ULM or something. someone just answer what the problem is and why hasnt it gotten fixed--- did the coaches , all of a sudden say- geez we suck we need to go back to basics? i guess i've been spoiled with past LSU football, and this team , the way it calls and executes plays is alien to me. anyone?
I've been hard on Chavis, but the defense is looking really good. Keep in mind, though, that this is still Vandy. That QB and, well, the entire offense looks like a preschool football team. The Tigers offense is still in bad shape.
i would normally agree-- but JJ has a horrible passing motion and throws a horrible ball- and he throws at the receivers knees on simple plays? what is he getting experience at--- at what not to do, at how not to throw, and how not to run, at how not to read a defense. and why does he always have a confused look on his face--like he doesnt know the play or what to do or where to go.
Or, you know, the defense is playing really well. Don't try too hard, dude. There's plenty to b!tch about on the offensive side of the ball.
Uh, that might be true of Shep but WR us the only position RR has played aside from his senior year of high school when he played QB...yanno, the senior year he spent as the #1 WR recruit in the country?
The defense is going to keep us in every game and could win games for us. It's really going to come down to big plays. IMO, why not try for big plays every play?
Even if its' "Just Vandy" - their offense has only managed 30 total yards in 30 plays, and no points. I'd say the Defense is performing up to the ususal standard against a weak team.
