the good news is we ran 17 plays in the first quarter. Putting us on track for 68. That would be the most for us in two years.

CFB avg is 73.

 

I'm not sure Shepard can catch all that well.

 

some passes may not be perfect but dayum can the WRs catch the ball

 

Well, to be fair, JJ hasn't been throwing them all too well.

But he has to learn to bring those in, especially when they are expecting so much from him.

If he catches that one in stride he scores. But it wasn't a good throw. It's on both of them.

 

Nobody respects JJ's passing ability so they focus on the run. The only way LSU will run the ball is if JJ can complete a few passes.
