Well, that's true, and you are right that certainly impacts his PT. But, even when he has been in he has not been much of a target. I am assuming that the unhappiness reported here is accurate and why TDickson is wavering, and could not help notice how he was suddenly a target in the Ole Miss game.

He was suddenly a target because he was out for 2 games and then was not 100% against La Tech.

Before that our OL woes naturally called for him to be used more in blocking schemes. That is the name of the game for TEs.

Or, maybe Dickson was back from injury?

Maybe. But, he wasn't really being targeted prior to being injured. It just seems timely that these questions came up regarding TDickson's possibly wavering being related to RDickson's unhappiness about how he is being utilized, and suddenly he becomes a target again. I have no particular insight about this, just been observing all year how we have barely utilized one of our most seasoned weapons, then suddenly how he becomes a target after grumblings about his brothers commitment wavering.

Read above, it is not a conspiracy. He is now healthy and he got down field and open. But he was still needed to block a majority of the time last night. Last year he was free to get down field because our OL was solid and he reaped the benefits.

Okay. I trust your insight and explanation, but what do you make of the comments regarding Travis wavering?

Only thing I have heard was from Sensation and I don't doubt he heard this from somebody close given his ties over there. But have nothing else to go on to really get worried about. Prospects are just like us and are under a lot of pressure to make important decisions about their life after High School and I am sure their thoughts are racing about every little detail.

I do know that he is currently a commit to LSU and has been close to the LSU staff for years and continues to come in almost every game week home or away. If he has/had concerns, I am sure he has addressed them with his family and the staff because of this constant open communication. Still no bad news to date so that is a major plus.

Travis told media at the AL/MS All-star practices that Ole Miss and Auburn are still recruiting him but is solid to LSU and will likely only take a visit to LSU.

That's great news. I haven't heard anything in a while and I asked around (some coaches) and haven't heard anything recently. Thanks for the update, Bhelm.
