Predictions are what they are. I can understanding the ranking is all I am saying. 15-25 is not bad to me especially since you have Crowton destroying your offense.
Of course your assumption is that Crowton either A) is staying, or B) will have the same responsibilities. When in reality at the very least it is B, considering Gonzales is taking over the passing game duties, which would mean he not only has the WR's, but also input with the QB's and the passing game play calling. Looks to me like the door is being opened for Crowton to leave sooner or later.
I can only consider what is given, at the present time Crowton is the OC, how this will play out is not known by me. I would imagine we are all assuming Miles is coming back as well. Considering what I do know, with players gone or injured, with pass performance, presenting coaching staff, strength of schedule, etc..... I can see where they are ranked anywhere in the 15-25 range, but it's opinion... I certainly don't think it's a joke. They still have the personnel to compete but there are plenty of holes and unknowns as well.
