I was there and can easily say that it was 25% Vandy fans...the whole LSU side was filled with purple and gold...looked like Baton Rouge North!
Yea it was easily 75% LSU fans and a few minutes into the 4th I would say it went up to about 90%. The vandy student section was half empty that entire side was almost completely purple and gold. Hell I bought my tickets from the vandy website and Section B, where I sat, was almost entirely LSU as well.
Just about lost my breakfast when I read that. Show's I'm still immature  I can't wait for LSU to absolutely roll over their opponent and win every facet of the game. Will this be the game that happens?
Anyone know of a site on the web to watch the game? Surprisingly, channelsurfing.net doesn't have it.
I can't wait to get back to my seats tonight. They've been sitting empty for the past 9+ months waiting to get reacquainted with my rear. Hopefully I won't have much reason to sit tonight. I haven't seen my Tigers (live) since going to the dump they call a bowl game in Orlando. I still have a bad taste in my mouth from that one and ready to see a great game. Hopefully JJ and the offense can get on track. The offense has not been exciting for the past two seasons and that keeps people in their seats. There's nothing better than Saturday night in Tiger Stadium. When the Golden Band takes the field...well, there's just no words to explain it! (We need a band icon as they're just as important as these...:helmet::tigerhead:tigereye::tigbas
try ustream.tv or you can do the following. Register here "Live Sports" > "Am.Football" > find LSU vs MSU and click the little tv on the right. That should bring up a link to any site that is streaming the game.
wish I was there......:cry:I'm 1100 miles away in Buckeye country proudly flying my LSU flag. Thank goodness I'll be back in Tiger Stadium for Homecoming. Ditto on the band Icon! Geaux Band!
WELCOME HOME BOYS!!!!! Wish I could be on that campus right now and in that stadium tonight. Here are my midmorning gameday thoughts, I've only had one cup of coffee so far so they're a bit scrambled: -I'm obviously hoping to see better play from Jefferson. Apparently Lee will play, which is fine with me as long as neither QB turns the ball over. If they both know that their only job is to not turn it over, but to feel free to take some chances, one of them will hopefully take the job by the f'ing nuts like we've been waiting for. We haven't had confidence in our QBs in terms of play calling since Matty Flynn graduated. It's either the QB or the play-caller, but either way someone needs to be replaced soon if this doesn't get better. Too much talent on the outside being wasted. -I'm just excited to watch our defense take the field. #4 in FBS in rushing ypg allowed. It's a privilege to watch Drake Nevis do work. -PP7 was contained on returns last week thanks to Vandy's punter being crafty with it. Which game was a fluke, the 260 yard return game or the 10 yard one? -How will the crowd react if we struggle early? If I hear boos, I'll be pretty ashamed of our fans. You can get pissed off if you want, but don't boo the god damned players, it's counter productive. That's it for now. Wish I could be there, but hopefully the boys get a warm welcome and reward the crowd with 60-minutes of ass-kickery. Something tells me a night game in Tiger Stadium is exactly what this team needs right now. What a pleasure this one should be to watch. So. Much. Emotion. My prediction: : 20 MSU: 7
