Who in you experts opinion do we stand a good chance to get a commitment from during the July Camp?? any ideas??
Lots of thought that Hurd will not get an offer b/c LSU is looking to go bigger at corner to defend against big wideouts. I guess it's a trend on some NFL teams as well. Anyway - love to see Hurd in P&G, but dunno.
Which of the remaining 4* Inside & outside linebackers listed on Rivals does LSU have a realistic chance of getting? Luc, Hicks, Nelson, Jones, Lewis, Moore & Williams. How many more will LSU sign for 2010?
I would say we will take one more but will take 2 if a very big name wants to jump on later in the process, which isn't likely with the number of LBs we have committed already. Shaun Lewis (Best Shot IMO) Michael Taylor -- UGA just landed Olgetree, we could be in the lead now or close to it. Others in play somewhat: 4* Christian Jones -- Winter Park, FL -- Interst but distance 4* Travis Williams -- Norfolk, VA -- Interest is there 4* C.J. Mosley Jr. -- Theodore, AL -- top 4 but staying in Bama 3* Neiron Ball -- Jackson, GA -- Needs to make it in for visit but has interest 3* Pat Swilling Jr. -- New Orleans, LA -- Doubt he has committable offer Kevin Nelson -- Gainesville, FL -- Likely stay in FL 3* Jonathan Brown -- Memphis, TN -- Probably a reach Throw in 1 or 2 in-state guys who could pop up with a great senior year if we still have a need at LB.
helm, where ya gettin' some of these names like Dontae W, Corey Nelson, and John Fulton from? I haven't seen them saying that they are coming. By the way, I'm here to help you as the recruiting pimp of the board! :lol:
I got Dontae from a source. Fulton recently was quoted in saying he is making plans to come. Most of the others are from a list I have been compiling for articles across the net for the last few months. The list will add and drop names as the July Camp approaches. Nelson will likely drop off along. Broadway and Munchie as well since Lee committed etc... Welcome to the board.
helm, do you think there's a chance that Dontae gets an offer then? Or will they want to wait on Seastrunk?
