    While Ferguson never actually visited LSU's campus -- he visited New Orleans when the Tigers played at Tulane -- he did see Notre Dame in one of the school's weaker moments, the loss to Connecticut in late November.

    According to this article, he's never been in for a visit. Is that accurate?

    Not accurate he came in for the Tulane game which was actually beneficial since he got plenty of one on one time. I think there was only one other prospect in that weekend.

    Thanks. Figured it would be odd that a kid would commit to a school without ever setting foot on campus but I'm sure its happened.

    Ferguson is the one i was wishing for the most. Offers extreme versitilty, sounds really wel spoken and wants to be here. I'm lovin this one. should get some early PT.

    At first I was worried about this kid due to his nickname of EGO but Ive read that that was his dad's name or something like that.

    Also in his announcement he seemed to be a good kid that is down to earth. I like that he didn't play games with the hats either he just picked us straight away. Welcome aboard Ferguson and I can tell he really wants to be a tiger. The guy looks chomping at the bit to get onto the field

    He has a chance to make an immediate impact at DT next year, IMO.
