    Miles did not use up his in-home visit with him last night. Expect Fobbs to take an official visit to LSU soon.

    He will be visiting LSU officially on Jan. 22.

    Hopefully be one of his last if not the LAST visit should help in swaying him from A&M.

    Yep and I hope for the same.

    It is possibly going to come down to which part of the family he wants to be with. His dad and brother live near A&M and his mom and sister are here in LA. At least that is what I heard, anyone have any confirmation on where his family lives?

    No...but I remember reading his dad loves LSU and actually wanted him to go there originally. No idea if that still stands true...

    Mastermind,

    Fobbs was a little worried about having to start from scratch with a new position coach but Gonzales relived most of those concerns. He says he is wide open at this time and will be coming in for a visit on Jan. 23rd.

    I think we land Fobbs and Wright as our WRs and LSU is still looking very good for Fobbs:

    DT BRandon Jackson info is new to me and he says he is coming on a visit to LSU on the 30th. I suspect he is a backup plan.

    Yea Bama is on Jackson hard, what is that about? Did we miss out on him?
    Fobbs is basically in the bag if we dont land Reed, which we wont.

    Why so sure LSU and in particular Frank Wilson can't lure Reed to LSU? After all he's from Thibodaux, which is dyed in the wool LSU country, and Frank's an awfully good recruiter and is quite familiar with the area and folks there having played at Nicholls.
