Are you telling me that an infielder coming in in the 8th/9th is the best pitcher you can put in?

This is not a time to save pitchers in case you lose. Only once has an 0-1 team come back to get to the final series.

HBP and 6 walks in the last two innings for Southern Miss pitching. Bad baseball. :dis:

 

It's Southern Miss. That's what they do. I'm on the wagon with Texas being overrated.

 

The last 3 pitchers they put in sucked big time and couldn't throw strikes. Looked like the pressure of being in the CWS for the first time got to them.

 

1/2 hour till more baseball. Wooohoooo.

Looking to be a tough one so far. I'm siding with the Hoos though.

 

Virgini starting to walk away with it. Now 7-3 after 6. That little 2nd baseman for them is wacking the Fullertons like he did us.

 

Just said he is 6 for 8 in the CWS.
