Before the AD ponied up an extra $150K/yr. to keep Chavis on a couple weeks notice, I would've agreed. But the OC position is way too important to be a cheapskate with.

In 2007, Crowton's first year, the offensive scheme was Jimbo Fisher's. He didn't install his offensive scheme until 2008 and it has been straight downhill ever since.
