Lexington is an underrated trip, IMO. I was there for the BGM and really enjoyed the trip (although the game until the last play was putrid). We stayed at the Hyatt next to Rupp Arena (I think that is the hotel), and there are plenty of bars & restaurants within walking distance. There is also a free shuttle on gamedays from downtown to campus. I was living in Chicago at the time, and it was a quick, cheap ticket on ATA from Midway. Enjoy the trip.
