I have been to a few ACC school websites looking for their 2004 Schedules and I can not find one infact Clemson mentions that the conference schedule has not been completed. This makes me wonder with the 2 new teams in the ACC that Mr. Bertman might pull a rabbit out of his hat in the ACC market. If the ACC and Skip are talking before the new conference schedules are made up we possible can get a game out of the ACC.

oregon state would make more money coming to BR than they would have made at home against temple. that is a fact. that is why they are willing to come here without us having to make a return visit. lets just hope they can find a replacement for temple.

We should help them out and offer up ULL for Temple. It might be a fair game.

Oregon State's stadium only holds 35.000 and a home game against Temple wouldn't be on TV. If they drop Temple and play in Tiger Stadium LSU would probably have to pay them more than they would pay a rent a win team and at the worst the game would be on at least ESPN 2.

And I think it is good of OSU to actually assist Temple in getting a game instead of leaving them out to dry similar to what VT did to us.

How many Beavers would make the trip down to Baton Rouge if the game is made? Would it be just the coaches and the team, or would a few thou travel?

Maybe a handful at best and it would be those with a bit of extra cash laying around who wanted to make a vacation to New Orleans. That is probably it. Oregon State is about a "local" a school as you'll ever find. Of course, most of its players are from CA who could not get into either USC, UCLA, Stanford, or even Cal. No offense intended towards the Beavers. I really enjoyed their Dennis Erickson years and their thrashing of ND in the Fiesta Bowl a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, though, Oregon State has historically been minor league. Erickson was changing that. Can Riley continue? I wish the Beavers well.

The Beavers don't even show up in Palo Alto or Berkeley here on the left coast (my neck of the woods).

No more than a handful would show up in BR.

    I say 1500, if they're lucky...

Have been to their stadium though and it's fairly raucous (and extremely small), but nothin' like TS...

1500? I say 150 if that. Seriously. OSU is a small school and most alum are not exactly rolling in dough. Plus the fans are not exactly avid in the way we think of that term. Again, no offense meant to Beaver nation.
