i stand corrected.. after research, i found this..
"In 2002, the statewide six-year average was 38.6 percent, lagging behind the national average of 41.2 percent. Only 10.5 percent of the cohort finished in the traditional four-year time frame." So 55 percent is pretty good.. heh
