The only solution is that the police must rid themselves of their bad apples. The Blue Wall of Silence has to be torn down and they have to do it themselves.
I pretty much hate the police, at least in my town, but I would not shoot them, and if they say jump, I am skying!

Most stressful or most dangerous? Because I would argue that cannot be measured. I would think any job where you have to deal with human beings is stressful. Humans suck.
I tend to think the two are related. Firefighter is the most stressful but they deal with fires more than humans.
