I have learned that human nature cannot be dismissed in even the safest of settings. Taking it for granted is not any different than watching it happen despite the warning.
I don't disagree. But it's more than just human nature and happenstance when a known alcoholic is piloting a device in the air to transport humans. It was a risk that the people in that basket should have had a right to know about.
