1. Not that this should be surprising, but what a damn shame to have that game plan vs a suspect back end of MSU.

It wasn't until LSU found itself in a 31-10 hole (in which the offense had only scored 3 points) that LSU started to open up the offense.

The DC of MSU should send a christmas card to Les Miles.

  2. That is ALL Les Miles and NOT Cam.

  3. Man, that blows.

But why is Miles getting most, if not all of the heat? Doesn't Cam Cameron run the O? To what extent does he get overruled by the head coach?

  4. Doesn't this look exactly like the '11 O? Except for the fact that though '11 OL eventually wore down the opposing D and eventually began gashing holes for RB's.

The fact is Cam called a much more diverse game than compared to this year. The play calling has Miles name written all over it. When we see similar calling under three separate OC's and you have one common denominator eventually deductive reasoning would lead you to question the one common name in all three situations.
  5. How do you know this, exactly?

  7. Ah. Then you suspect this.

I ask because none of Les' OC's have ever left in disgust or have ever made any statement to the effect that Les interfered with their calls or ran their offense for them. Nor has Les.
  8. Your logic is sound, but this seems like something that is unknowable unless you have actual proof. I have a hard time believing that Miles would just take over play calling from a guy who makes millions and did a great job last year.
  9. I understand your stance that no one has ever complained about Les interfering in their play calling. Probably because that is not their nature. They are going to stay professional and not complain because it will look like sour grapes. I suspect it because it has been seen under the three recent OC's. I get AJ is not ready but you still must try to pass to stretch the D. Especially with the weapons LSU has on the outside. When Flacco was still developing Cam still put some passes in there to keep the D honest. I have to think this is all on Les putting his stamp on the gameplan.

  10. I'm not even sure Les knows half the plays in Cameron's playbook, let alone calling all the plays. Watch Les on the sideline next game and see if it seems like he's interfering...I don't get that vibe
