1. A win is a win is a win.
The worse thing for LSU to come out of this is the strength of schedule. So one of the toughest OOC schedule is not so much. I would rather have the win, but I'm from Alabama.
  2. i'm hearing 3 more might be out also....
  3. I'm the same way, and I'm sure its not just a Bama thing. As far of strength of schedule for OOC is concerned, we'll still be better than people playing nothing but chumps.
  4. So let me get this straight.

Arkansas plays DII Tenn Tech - Check
Alabama is playing a team USL could beat
    Auburn - Same

We are playing a granted depleted UNC team and our OOC is suspect ?

    Really....

LSU Scheduled UNC, and WVU. We had no clue this would happen.

I say play hard, never step off the gas and win or lose compete. I dont are who is on the other side of the ball.

  5. At the end of the year, I doubt this is that big of a deal. Peoples memories are short. All that will matter is when you look at the schedule seeing UNC will always look better that FAMU.

Of course its irrelevent unless we are in contention for something.
  6. Listening to Miles' comments on the suspensions lead me to believe we will do just that.

  7. All of this is very true, but the problem is, unless we trounce these guys, given their situation, all the media idiots are going to harp on the fact that they were depleted and that we should have beaten them soundly.

Of course, as pointed out, come the end of the season if we are in contention for the big dance all anyone will really look at is our W/L record. Unless we have the same record as some other teams and SOS becomes a big determining factor.
  8. The truth is that is all they will talk about until we put it on Florida, Auburn, or bama. Then they will forget alllll about it.
  9. it doesn't matter what the media says. all we have to do is win and continue to do so.
  10. The line leaped to 7 1/2 - 8.
